How do I remove my name, etc.

How do I remove my name etc. from the subject or title line on my comments.  It just kind of appears - I'm not typing it in....

My mistake...  I see what you were referring to now.  I have fixed the post in question.  Your computer probably stuck your in there for some strange reason known only to it  -- perhaps a memorized form.  Simply delete the unwanted text.  If this doesn't seem to work, let me know.
