Wow is right!  This is worth watching.  The link didn't work the first time, but I tried it again and am glad I did.  From personal experience I can say that following the commandment to give to everyone who asks is safe.  I took this position and the Lord didn't allow others to ask for everything I had, even though I was in an impoverished country and was quite certain they would.  Perhaps sometime God will allow others to ask everything of me, and what an encouragement to see someone actually in that situation.
