Better Than Peaches
Submitted by tgeorge on Fri, 2009-07-10 11:08With my battle with cheese. I have through the long weeks and months come to realize just how much it is deep rooted and intricately intertwined with the very tendrils of my being. This being so, I thought it was appropriate to write a poem about my feelings. This particular poem was inspired by one of the money cheese establishments that we happened upon while in the Netherlands last year.
Jesus: Heart Soil
Submitted by NoBlesseOblige on Tue, 2006-04-25 16:48Hereupon, my little heart
Bend your tendrils all about
Cling now with incessant meekness
To His kindness to the weakest
Child poor in loving well
Soul untrained & full of hell
Still He ever shows you favor
